Comparison of the Factor Structure of the Child Behavior Checklist 1.5–5 between Children with ASD and Children with DD

The Child Behavior Checklist 1.5–5 (CBCL 1.5–5) has been applied to identify emotional and behavioral problems on children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). However, few studies explored whether the established factor model may be suitable for ASD those developmental delay (DD). To locate potential sources of variations between these two groups, we tested measurement invariance multiple groups analysis. All subscales achieved basic level (configural invariance). findings suggested similar structures across groups. Withdrawn, Aggressive Behavior, Sleep Problems did not achieve metric invariance. relations items latent constructs are in three scales.
